Sainamhai Resort is situated
near Ban Namsanam, Hin Boun District, Khammouan Province, Lao
PDR about 3.5km from Ban Na Hin which is located on Road 8, Km
41. The Resort nestles adjacent to
a tranquil rural Lao village in well laid out gardens on the
banks of the Namhai River, which afford our guests beautiful
views over the river towards the mountains of Phouhai, Phoumone,
Phousakheouk. The Resort consists of
Lao-Style bungalows 8 two bed units and 4 big bed units with
toilet and shower facilities suited and a Main Lodge with
restaurant and a meeting room. The Main Lodge is ready to
accommodate traditional Baci ceremony parties, weddings,
conferences and meetings. For drinking Lao tea coffee at
restaurant are free, any time of day, for all guests and
visitors to the resort. The food is mainly Lao, although some
western favorites can be provided on request.
In the
future we plan to develop the resort from its present 8 two bed
unit bungalows to perhaps 30 two bed bungalow units, and expand
our recreational activities accordingly to include river tubing,
kayaking, canoeing, camping and renting motorcycles and mountain
bicycles.
